This Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", made and entered into the date signed below, by and between Alana Adetola Arts Photography, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the “Photographer” and the client name electronically signed below, hereinafter referred to as the “Renter” and the Renter's parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, witnesseth. Whereas the parties hereto have entered into collective negotiations and desire to reduce the results thereof to writing.
